Dr. David Nathaniel Smith, MD, FACP, FACC is an academic cardiologist serving the greater Charlotte region—spanning Mecklenburg and Union counties in North Carolina, and Lancaster and York counties (including Indian Land, Fort Mill, and Rock Hill) in South Carolina.
