Traditional Model

Premier Cardiovascular Care is our traditional full service cardiovascular clinic that either supplements the care from your current team, offers second opinions and preoperative evaluations, or becomes the source for a comprehensive cardiovascular care team.

As such, our robust team includes advanced cardiac medicine, prominent primary care, nephrology, endocrine doctors specialties.

We welcome Medicare and most insurance plans in the Carolinas. Unfortunately, we do not take Medicaid or United Health at this time.

Membership Model

Traditional Model

Our membership models employ optimal evidence-based medicine primarily or supplemental to your care outside the "Premier Experience".

Premier Cardiovascular Care and Wellness provides the unrushed, personalized concierge cardiovascular experience in a membership model.

Phoenix Wellness combines behavioral health, exercise, nutrition, and integrative cardiovascular medicine in a membership model.

Premier Cardiovascular Care and Wellness - Providers

Dr David Smith is one of the most highly trained cardiologists serving the greater Charlotte, Ballantyne, Blakeney, Indian Land, Fort Mill, and Rock Hill areas. A Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Yale University, he blends basic sciences and advanced clinical research training to offer a personalized integrated holistic approach to cardiovascular medicine. He is also a speaker, author, and an experienced site principal investigator.
