Dr David Smith is one of the most highly trained cardiologists serving the greater Charlotte, Ballantyne, Blakeney, Indian Land, Fort Mill, and Rock Hill areas.  A Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Yale University, he blends basic sciences and advanced clinical research training to offer a personalized integrated holistic approach to cardiovascular medicine.  He is also a speaker, author, and an experienced site principal investigator.

 Tiffany is a committed patient advocate and registered medical assistant with 30+ years of experience in neurology and cardiovascular medicine. She is native to North Carolina and trained at Kings College in Charlotte where she earned certification as a Medical Office Assistant, subequently becoming a Registered Medical Assistant.  In her time off, Tiffany loves spending time with her immediate family, nieces and nephew.
